The living room is oceanfront with an oceanfront desk if you have to bring work along with you or if you just feel like surfing the net as you watch the surf.
The media room serves a dual purpose... It offers a queen-sized cabinet bed that opens up for sleeping oceanfront allowing the waves to lull you to sleep. shoji doors for privacy and an ensuite tile bathroom with a newer walk-in shower. There is also a washer and dryer in this bathroom. Across from the bathroom is a large closet for all your needs.
TV has cable and we offer free WiFi.
On the main floor is a second bedroom suite offering a king bed viewing the mountain and trees. Watch the sunrise over Hualalai from the bed and listen to all of the wonderful songbirds welcome the new day. Enjoy lots of closet and drawer space in the bedroom. There is an adjacent full tile bath offering shower over tub.
Walk up the stairs to your "top of the world" third master suite which offers you a king bed and full bath. Be wowed by the views of the ocean, treetops, and mountains. This bedroom suite is so special with lots of storage and great space, The bath offers double sinks, a makeup vanity area, and a 2 person walk-in tile shower.
Let's not forget why you came to visit... The large lanai off of the living room and bedroom/media room features a large table and chairs.. 2 chaise lounges and viewing of dolphins and whales in season. You get YEAR-ROUND SUNSETS from this lanai, privacy, swaying palm trees, and stars at night. Don't forget to watch the moon set into the ocean if you wake up early.

This is a beautiful property with ocean-front views and the sound of surf at night.Well appointed kitchen. Basically everything we needed was there. There were plenty of "active holiday" extras like flippers and masks, chairs, repellant and first-aid supplies. Sitting on the lanai watching the sun go down never lost its charm.There are many good snorkeling beaches ranging from walking distance (just next door) to Mauna Lani (about 50 minutes drive).But there were a few niggles, which meant this was a 4-star review.1. With windows open and AC all off, there was a constantly-running roof mounted fan that sometimes kept me awake on quiet ocean periods. I'm guessing it was the extractor for the bathrooms. When the sea was loud, I didn't hear it and it didn't bother me.2. The master bed was a weird fold-up, which meant it was not possible to comfortably sit up in bed because there was no headboard.3. The sliding screen doors were all difficult to use without coming of the rail and jamming. We had the maintenance people out twice without really fixing the root cause.

Great location with perfect pool and small beach for little ones to enjoy. Place was stocked with plenty of beach supplies. Morning and evening views were amazing from the lanai. Only downside was the upstairs air conditioner was unable to keep the upstairs bedroom cool in the afternoons.

What a great property! Perfect location and gorgeous view. Condo is very nice and was very comfortable for two couples and one single adult. Mornings on the back patio are amazing and the evening sunset is beautiful. Highly recommend! There was ample communication; my only comment with that is that there was some conflicting info with the multiple emails regarding code access for the door but all in all it was wonderful experience!

Loved this property. The view cannot be beat! The grounds are lovely and my son and I enjoyed the tennis court and pickleball court. Kitchen is well appointed, but they need a new coffee carafe (we just used a pot - worked fine). And I think a fuse blew as some of the lights didn't work and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. Hard to say. Overall -- loved it! Would highly recommend.

You can't ask for a better view in Kona! My group loved making a couple pots of coffee and enjoying a slow morning on the porch overlooking the water. Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. Clean, nice amenities, convenient access to the main Ali'i Rd and grocery stores. Would love to stay here again! Another plus was how well the A/C worked in all rooms of the house - we stayed in 3 total properties over our 10 days in Hawaii, and this one was by far the coolest temperature wise :)

This was a beautiful and well-stocked condo. Everything about it was beyond our expectations. Communication with the property management was complete and responsive. The 3 bedrooms and baths were comfy (be aware that the extra Murphy bed needs extra pillows so you don't hit your head on the cabinet). The furnishings were beautiful. The lanai had a direct ocean view with palm trees. It's within a few minutes drive to two swimming beaches. We would definitely rent it again.

Start to finish excellent! Little glitch getting started that was totally my fault but the manager Matt called me and fixed it for me right away. So thankful for that. He saved the day! The place was clean and comfortable and had amenities we needed to take advantage of what the beautiful property offered. Would love to visit again.

Amazing room view and management would get back to my messeges.The only thing stopping a 5 star rating is the living room door does open. Lable says it broken. . Seems its been broken for a while. Not good for the person sleeping in the room with the only working sliding door. Otherwise its a 5.

Beautiful view and location. Comfortably houses 6 adults. Close to hotel, small beaches and town. Four vs five star rating due to cooling issues within home for a couple of days. Sliders to lanai need to be locked shut - but sliders hard to lock. Also lanai is too hot to use when cooling inside is on. All and all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay! Spacious unit with a great patio. The AC units work well to cool down the unit including the upper unit once they are on. Kids loved the pool and pickleball after dinner. Mahalo for a wonderful few days!

The condo was great for our family of five. It was very clean and neat. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which has a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and having three bathrooms was nice when we were getting ready. We appreciated all of the extra items available like beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. It was fun to have pickleball courts and the pool as other entertainment.
Stunning lava rock coastline as well.

We had a great stay here! Well appointed 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom condo with ample space for our family of 6. Views from the lanai are spectacular! You can see the sunrise from the kitchen in the morning & watch the sunset from the dining room, living room and lanai in the evening. Stunning lava rock coastline as well. No direct beach access but minutes down the road to endless beaches along the coast. Kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee grinder was a bonus. Ample beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling masks, and sports equipment provided in closet. Location central to eateries, attractions and groceries. Property grounds were well kept and pool located right across from the unit. Property manager was attentive and responsive to our needs. Unit gets pretty warm in the afternoons despite A/C due to facing west. Note, the sliding doors must be closed in order for the A/C to work but be careful as they auto lock once you close from the outside. We got locked out but helped by a resident.

Beach and snorkeling equipments were provided along with pickle ball and tennis racquets/balls. We highly recommend the place.

The place was perfect for a small family vacation! Each of the beds are comfy and all have their own respective bathroom which are equipped with everything you need (towels, soap, shampoo, etc) The kitchen is also fully stocked and there is so much beach gear to use! Thank you for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back!

We spent our family vacation in this two-story condo, and it was amazing! The condo had everything we needed, including folding beach chairs and an umbrella, plus small boards for riding the waves (the kids loved those!). It had three separate bedrooms and, of course, a stunning ocean view. Every day, we enjoyed watching the sunset. Thanks for an unforgettable getaway! ☺️

This is as the most perfect and beautiful condo we could have hoped for. The location was amazing being right on the ocean with a lovely large balcony to take it all in. Condo was super clean, quiet and peaceful, while close to everything we needed. Grocery store right up the road, as well as meeting point for snorkel and Manta Ray excursions nearby too. If we could live here we would and will definitely stay again if visiting the Big Island. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Condo was a great location and had many extra items we needed for the trip on hand. Overall is a great place to stay. The kitchen is well stocked with numerous cooking supplies/tools! The knifes really need a good sharpening and having a couple of rubber spatulas would be great. The rooms were great and grounds beautiful. The area is quiet and our condo was very quiet! Truly the ocean view is superb - great place to vacation.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo.. We were 3 couples and all 6 of us were delighted and want to come back.. We saw whales and dolphins from the lanai every day which was the most amazing part of our visit. We saw a mother and a baby one morning and we almost missed our outing we were so enchanted. All 3 bedrooms had bathrooms all beds were very comfortable and everyone thought their bedroom was the best one! Kitchen had everything we needed; the fridge was amazing with lots of ice! Loved the grounds especially the pool and tennis courts.. walked the beach at the north end of the building and saw turtles on the sand! We did not use the AC with the great temps but it was nice to see it was there for another visit.... We will be back.. thank you!
